From what I read you said the tea is ineffective when mixed with sweeteners and I want to know whether the “sweetener” honey too is part? ( in simple terms I want to know whether mixing my soafa tea with honey is not advisable)
Mixing SOAFA TEA with a sweetener basically doesn’t pose any health threat. However, it is advisable to drink the tea, particularly without white sugar or milk. Adding a little honey to the tea is recommended, but not too much of it.
